1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Conjure. If you're not happy with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

2. Free Tier

Conjure offers a free tier with 500 operations per month:

  • You have full access to all CAD operations on the free tier
  • No payment or credit card is required to use the free tier
  • You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime for higher operation limits and premium features

3. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions:

  • Request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment
  • After 7 days, you can cancel anytime but will not receive a refund for the current billing period
  • Your access continues until the end of the paid period

4. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • Request a full refund within 30 days of your payment
  • After 30 days, you can cancel but will not receive a refund
  • Your access continues until the end of the annual period

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Briefly explain why you'd like a refund (optional but helpful)

We process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available if:

  • The refund request is made after the applicable period (7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual)
  • The account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity is detected

7. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription:

  • The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for the current period
  • You retain access to your current plan features until the change takes effect
