2. Description of Service

Conjure provides cloud-based CAD tools and services including but not limited to:

  • Cloud component libraries
  • Design templates
  • AI-powered design validation
  • API access for CAD applications

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Usage Limits

Your use of the Service is subject to the operation limits of your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed their limits.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to designs you create using the Service. Conjure retains rights to the Service, its features, and all related intellectual property.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lautrek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
